We always stop here when in the area for great smoked salmon! A few chunks on a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a little Carolina reaper powder is heaven!
We drop our catch off as soon as we depart our charter, and couldn't be more pleased with the service, turnaround time, and especially the superior taste of the finished product. Ewig Bros. is the best!
