What Crystal Young doesn't like about The In Between:
That was the worst margarita I've ever had. I picked which tequila and you used SO much sweet and sour with little ice that it was so sour. I asked you to sweeten it but it was still undrinkable. Next time use more ice and less mixer. I've never walked away from a $17 margarita but I couldn't even drink half of it. Atmosphere was beautiful and I was hoping this was a new favorite spot. No clear sign from the street. Just use the steep stairs to Sirens. Keep looking to the right for the “IB” sign over the door (In Between). I got a fun flaming ? cocktail: Strong and sweet. Only needed 1 for the night. We call the place a “speakeasy” because it seemed like a secret, cozy spot.

Gad we did they have a sophisticated cocktail menu and wide selection of liquor, similiar to what you would find in a big city cocktail bar. Service was quick and attentive, and there was also a small selection of tasty bar snacks (not sufficient to consider as a full meal, however). This was a great find and I am sure we will be back many times.
Horrible service!!! Nobody here and zero help. Its like kids are in charge. This is a joke.
This is the spot in PT. Love the whole situation. A lil'bit sneaky of a location which is all part of the ambiance...Cozy/Dark/Classy. Secluded seating and velvet curtains. I had 2 of the classic Negronis because I was so enchanted. I confess I can't comment on the food because I was too focused on my romantic experience and therefore wasn't in need of any. Highly recommend for a craft cocktail experience that fits the mood of a 1850s Victorian Seaport meets Bonnie and Clyde meets Kurt Cobian on a Steampunk adventure.
Always an amazing experience at this wonderful speakeasy. They made my Old Fashioned
