Subway - Port Townsend

Last week, I mistakenly failed to realize that the restaurant closed early on the day I placed my online order. However, when I arrived, the staff member went above and beyond, offering to make my sandwiches regardless. I appreciated the gesture, but I assured him it was perfectly fine to cancel my order since I understood the situation. I felt really bad about it, but I was genuinely grateful for his kindness, which made a significant impact on my day.

I have dined at this Subway frequently and have always received a warm welcome, prompt service, and a clean environment. Today, I decided to try the new Smokey Wrap, and I must say it was excellent. The location is convenient, right next to the ferry, and it's one of only two fast food chains available. I will definitely continue to consider it an affordable option in Port Townsend!

The sandwiches are consistently excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My daughter claims they make the best sandwiches around!

Because of my experience here, the food was quite good overall. My order was accurate and the customer service was average. The store looked clean. I would recommend this place and return.

They engaged in wonderful conversation with me, and made me a wonderful Spinach wrap. I love Subway and this store maintains the name.
