What StanleyandMarie likes about That Breakfast Place:
We were a group of 6 plus a toddler, but they were able to accommodate us one late Saturday cool morning. We just wanted a light bite, so BLTs, soup, bagel with cream cheese, poutine and sweet potatoe fries were all tried and enjoyed. Drinks ranged from beer to coffee and the waitress was very accommodating including getting extra pickles for our toddler. For all we got it was fairly reasonable and again the serve wa... We were surprised that a breakfast place would not be open til 10:00am on a weekend. When we got there just prior to 10, there was quite a long line up. We had to wait over half an hour for our order and had to eat very quickly as we had tickets on the train for 11:00am. It was all very rushed. I would suggest opening at least 9:00am, especially on weekends View all feedback.

This place gets busy quickly so go early to avoid line upsAlso best seating choices are the booths or tables beside the booths.
Not too many choices in town for breakfast so went into "that breakfast place" The service was terrific, attentive hostess and service staff.
This is a very good place for breakfast, service was good, however a seat yourself sign can result in a slow start.
Great food, great service, coffee top ups, we were staying at Kettle Creek Hotel but breakfast there wasn't what we wanted, highly recommend!
Perfect spot to eat an early breakfast and lunch is served from 11:30 to 2 pm when this side closes.

While some customers have noted issues with cleanliness and slow service, others have praised the delicious food and accommodating staff. The menu offers a variety of options, from burgers to Perch Benny, and the prices are described as reasonable. The restaurant appears to be a greasy spoon/diner style establishment with a cozy atmosphere. Overall, That Breakfast Place seems to be a hit or miss experience depending on individual preferences and expectations.
