Had lunch delivered for our large family who was downsizing a parent. Got 100% of the online order correct and it came very very fast! Have had them deliver 2 times already because of how good the sandwiches are, how accurate and how fast the order was delivered. View all feedback.

45 minutes ago a sandwich ordered. I called and the guy who answered the phone said nothing when I said how long it was. I asked him if I could expect my sandwich at any time. he said it was on the way. I live right across. I asked if that was normal. he didn't say anything. I asked again, is that typical? he said no. Why do I wait? he finally said we didn't have much driver and hung up. never order from here again.... View all feedback.

Very disappointed! a piece of meat and a lot of bread. $50 for two subs!
There is an older lady who is very rude and impatient. I never come to this place again. there was a young gentleman on the theke who wanted to help me, and then she comes by and looks over his shoulder and asks what you want?
I spoke to james today, who informed me that they would not deliver to my house, which is 2.6 miles from the load away. no problem, I'll order it. james had other ideas and decided that the conversation was done and suspended. I called back and was greeted with a sarcastic yes. you suspected it. it was my new friend james returned oh so great customer service. I asked why he had hung up on me, to which he replied that the conversation was over what they wanted. to go to order and then he hung up on me again. to answer her question, james. at this point, no, I will not trust you to make me eat. not now, never. Please find another job in which they do not interact with the public.
Never delivered my meal. Tried to tell me it was delivered. After an hour wait they still tried to charge me. Terrible experience
