What Dick W likes about Anchor Cafe:
This restaurant is fantastic. The seafood is top-notch. I enjoyed the halibut and scallops. The staff is very friendly and efficient, even during busy times. Definitely worth making a stop off the highway between St. Anthony and Rocky Harbour. View all feedback. What Eleazar Pfannerstill doesn't like about Anchor Cafe:
We stopped here for lunch on the way up the Viking Trail. Food was passable but nothing special. Service was okay but not great. Not too many restaurants around to choose from though. Salad dressing was brought to the table in the bottle (Kraft,) would've been a little better if served in a small container. View all feedback.

We had lunch. Started with delicious scallops. Then pan fried cod for my wife and chowder and shrimp sandwich for me.

After reading all the reviews, we tried the Anchor The food was fresh, well-plated, and hot The calamari was very tasty.
Dish: Calamari Strips Overall: 3/5 Recommend: No Value: 2/5 $9 isn't a great price, it might be giving this dish a bit too much credit. First timer:
