I've dined here a few times to satisfy my pizza cravings. Yes, this place is quite pricey. The last time I was excited to order two pizzas, which ended up costing over $60. While it's a nice change from Domino's or Papa Murphy's, the prices are hard to justify. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Seabeck Pizza:
Good pizza, but the staff was rude on several occasions. I know they can be busy, but still. As a server, you need to treat your customers with respect, regardless of what happened in your day. I wanted to pay more than normal for pizza and pamper my family, but this is the last time View all feedback.
They also offer half orders, such as a half Hawaiian and half Italian. I wish I had asked about this earlier!
The management could use some improvement, particularly the older woman who appears to not treat the staff well.
The next day, I called to speak with the manager, Kay, hoping to address the issue. Unfortunately, all she offered was a $10 credit for my next visit. I even sent her a picture of the leftover pizzas to illustrate my concern. I requested a refund for two of the pizzas, but she refused and actually removed the $10 credit after I mentioned that I wouldn’t be returning and planned to leave a negative review of Seaback Port Orchard. For $86, the quality of the pizza should have been much better. It was a disappointing experience overall, and the customer service was terrible.
Deep dish pizza and cheese bread is spectacular. Our families preferred Friday pizza night. Just make sure to order ahead sometimes they are super busy.
I am currently sitting in my car waiting for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. when I called to place the order, they told me 30-35 min… it has now been over an hour. I have went back in twice to check on the status and they told me 10 more minutes… then they forgot to even put the wings in the oven.. so now, another 10 minutes… I waited 15 min, then my husband went to check. This time, he watched the workers JUST THEN put the pizzas in… so he waited 20 more minutes in the store and watched them put the pizzas and the wings in… so everyone that was working apparently knows to just tell customers “10 more minutes”, no matter how long the actual wait is. As we were waiting… 4 times delivery drivers walked out with food… after we were told the 10 min spew, so they were making us wait while they made the delivery orders. The guy who was cutting the pizzas was extremely slow and knew we were getting upset due to the lies they were giving. We asked for ranch dressing as well, and the guy acted irritated, then walked in the back for a couple of minutes before he came out acting suspicious… so we just threw the ranch away. The food is always good, and we have waited for it before, but with the blatant lies over and over today, we will not order from them again.
