I have eaten take away fish and chips from this shop on several of my visits to Port Macquarie, the qulaity of the fish is always good and the servings generous. I would recommend it as a good value fish & chip shop in Port. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Macquarie Seafoods:
No atmosphere, mainly due to a very surly waitress who just refused to smile or respond to basic courtesies. Fish was overcooked and overpriced. They have no eftpos and their machine charges $2.90 per withdrawal, a surly message also awaits those on the eftpos machine. Should have known not to go in when it was empty at lunch time!! $15 F C for 2 special. Two good size and delicious broken fillets and a good help from beautiful chips. An excellent lunch for woman and me.
Friendly, welcoming service from staff, and our orders were accurate and perfect. Both the grilled and broken Huki was fantastic, the servings were generous and good value. The food came very fast and both at the same time. Looks like we really could have done the preparation of our food. Would recommend if you like delicious fish.
Best seafood withdrawal in Port Macquarie, delicious slightly crushed salt and pepper Calamari, the best shrimps, honey shrimps, right in the heart of the city. We eat here at least once a week, it's so good.

Absolute beautiful fish chips, calamari too! The young staff on tonight were fantastic. Their covid rules etc were exceptional. Well done to these younger staff members tonight. Very impressed. Will be back.
