Pizza Hut - Port Lavaca

I ordered and paid for a large light sauce instead, which seemed like a medium pizza with 7 slices, with one of the slices cut to make 8 slices.

The cheese breadsticks were overcooked with little cheese and the pizza was not the standard I am used to from Pizza Hut

Make sure pizza is made correctly. Our order said white parmesan sauce and we got robust tomato instead.

My order took more time than estimated to arrive at my home and was cold. Charging a USD 5.00 delivery fee, not including a tip, should ensure that my pizza arrives at my door hot and in a timely manner. There is no excuse for cold pizza. I was disappointed with the service and the condition of my order when I received it. The toppings were sparse and some toppings were even undetectable while eating.

I ordered a regular pizza and told them that i would like carry out. They said one box of pizza would be delivered within 25-35 minutes. A hour and a half goes by and still nothing , so i tried to call them to tell them i would just pick it up from the store since it hadn’t been delivered. I talked to about 2-3 different people and they all gave me the run around. I get to the store, and they just now put it in the oven and charged me full price for my pizza that i waited on almost two hours ago
