What User doesn't like about Shellfish Sports Grille:
Still just ok. Caesar salad was mostly crunchy white stuff. Fried seafood platter was ok. Seasoning did not penetrate the fish. Cole slaw was good. Chicken and rice soup was good. Service was good. $26.50 or so for one entree, soup, salad, tea. Side items and service being 4 star did not outweigh the mediocrity of the entree. We took a day trip to Port Lavaca and noticed the billboards for this restaurant, which piqued our interest. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I ordered the seafood plate, and it was absolutely wonderful, with generous portions. We really enjoyed our experience!
Excellent dining experience in a beautiful restaurant! Each dish was better than the last. It's kid-friendly, offers great service, and has a stunning view. I will definitely return to try their Sunday brunch.
I had the meatballs start eating because it is late and after my fiasko in another restaurant I am not in the mood to eat. presentation was wonderful. it was tasteful with just a little chili to give it that tangy taste. the brot was great. thank you for helping me to experience my experience with her competitors.
All in all a great experience. I had the French dip, my wife had the Margarita Pizza and it all tasted great. Service was a little slow, but manageable since it was peak hours.
