Will And Jack's Burger Shack And Beer Garden

I have mixed reviews about this place. It 's our understanding that it 's under new ownership as the name has changed from will and jacks to just plain burger shack . My husband and I split the Bugsy Blue(mushroom and blue cheese), my son had the jojo special which had Swiss and mushrooms and the younger son had the John dillinger which was bacon, cheddar and green chilies. Let me preface by saying I 've had food poisoning in the past and have a sanitation compulsion. The cooking area is pretty open and seating outside had condiments sitting on the tables in 90 degree weather. They also looked pretty tattered. Needless to say I told family not to use them. We found a cooler enclosed area which was a little better than patio area. The burgers were a good size and tasty. The boys really liked the flavor but the buns were falling apart on all our burgers 1/2 way through our meal. Good food just wish they were more sanitary ‍.

First off this place is absolutely a Shack! But don't be fooled. The burgers are absolutely delicious. Everything is made fresh and right when you order. Fries could have used a bit more salt but the burgers were fantastic and juicy. My youngest had a hot dog off the kids meal and she promptly ate the whole thing. My oldest had a burger with an egg. She enjoyed it all! The Stoner burger was my wife and my choice. Yum! Next time I want to add an egg to it too! Only one con, we sat in the back which is outdoors and there were a ton of flies constantly trying to get our food. Hopefully management will just hang some fly strips or something.

FOOD WAS SO GOOD!! Service was great! I sat on the back patio there were flies trying to land on the table, so maybe sit out front instead!

Menu looked good but the place isn't sanitary. None of us ate all of our food. Could tell the bacon on my burger was old and burger just tasted off. Our son ended up throwing up later in the day and had diarrhea the next. Very certain it was from eating here. Mayo left out in the heat for who knows how long, we didn't use it of course. In the end we were overcharged. Husband didn't say anything to the woman who cashed us out and didn't tell me till we left. $95 for 4 burgers and 2 kids plates. Go somewhere else.

The burger shack is so good. I got the Stoner burger, it's amazing. Has bbq and the meat was so good. The sweet potato fries were amazing too. The vibes were hippie and interesting to sit there while you eat. Bunch of stray cats running around made it feel like Puerto Rico. The service was good. Overall 9/10 will go here again
