We eat at this restaurant as much as possible as it is not near our home but food, service, and prices are excellent. We have never been overcharged or gotten any bad food, not like other restaurants in the area. Waitstaff is always very nice and accommodating and great food choice. View all feedback.

many times we used to have Sunday breakfast here we often stopped for lunch thought it was pretty good...they must have all new help be cause nothing is the same...I ordered two all you can eat fish dinner's Friday at the take out window , when we got home we opened the boxes there was 3 pieces fish (no fries) in each box a small container of cole slaw, the fish smelled very strong, paid almost $17.00.. what a rip of... Mom and I had lunch. I had a Hot Beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and extra gravy. Quite good! The side dish I chose was the Zucchini Blend which was mostly green peppers which wasn't what I was expecting. I'm not a fan of peppers. Went in for breakfast. Food smelled and looked good. However, the eggs were supposed to be sunny side up and the were sunny side well done. We waited a bit for the food to come but that was ok because it was busy. When the food got to the table all of it was cold! Not warm but cold. The waitress only came by once to refill the coffee, never asked how the food was or if we needed anything else. Paying the bill was a whole other story. Cashier walked away when it was our turn to pay, never acknowledged us and went and got herself a beverage refill. Finally someone came up and I swear she was mad at us. She had such a scowl on her face. Normally we would go back at least once to judge both experiences. Not this time! A smile goes a long way, busy or not.

Bill and Lisa, the owners, are genuinely great people. Not only that but their menu is so extensive- there's no way you couldn't find something you want and it will always be delicious. Staff are always helpful and friendly and do their best to get everything right to you and right away.
Horrible service. Waitress was snappy and we were rushed. Quality of food is cheap. USED to be a decent diner but we wont be back.
Decided to check this place out for breakfast based on the reviews. The service is rushed. Waitress didn’t take any time with us. It was not busy either. The food came out as ordered, but the quality of the food is cheap. But so are the prices! You get what you pay for here. Overall, I will not be visiting again on my week long visit to this town. Might as well go to Mickey D’s ?. At least I know the coffee will be decent. ??
I just got my Uber Eats order, and it was truly delicious. The portions are generous for the price, making it a great value. The food itself is fantastic. However, I should mention that I paid $11.99 for my meal, but when I tried to order it again a week later, the price had increased to $15.99!
Updating: Have eaten there many times, always amazing. Best fries I've ever had! I don't usually review until I've eaten at a place a few times but this restaurant was so good I decided to. Service was great. So friendly and fast. Food was absolutely delicious! I had the loaded potato soup, may have been the best soup I've ever had (sorry Ma) and a burger. The burger was cooked to perfection and beyond tasty. Just go eat there, hurry!

My omelets was terrible. It was not cooked all the way and had a nasty foul taste. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!

Daybreak has a very extensive menu and great service i reccomend it to any and everyone
To Doug. I have been working at daybreak for 6 years now and to let you know that it is not our policy to do what happen to you so to say that we are all theifing crooks is just wrong. I am sure that what happen to you is being handled my our manger.and so to let you know and eveybody else we are not theifing crooks and we have good food and staff members. and the best owner of a restaurant anybody could ask for.thank you

Great food. reuben sandwich the best.
Have been eating here for a few years. really enjoyed their nutty chicken salads. how everything has changed since covid dinge. chicken obviously not baked and warm. cut them into pieces large enough to cut with a knife. the same with carving of salad. honey senf dressing no longer soft and sweet. almost with too much taste. bread cubes no taste and soft. the prices are almost $11.00 apiece and yes they can get two meal times from an salat. will not be ordered again.
Paid my bill in American money, but some like got a Canadian nickel in the mix. the cash dame was very rude .sorry for the wrong cash dame, but I switched the Canadian nickel for an American. I felt better because I don't want to be the one responsible for the bankrupt.
My family and I had dinner. Food was bland and not properly cooked. Poor service. We won't return.
As a new owner of Daybreak Cafe, my partner and I would like to personally welcome you to try our restaurant, and we do apologize to anyone that experienced less than exceptional food and service prior to us taking over in May 2014
