great service here, although the place is always full. they also accept phone orders so they don't have to wait in the line. I just love the way they use a customer to make sure they are satisfied. I think 1 star I way too much. I am told that they are waiting for chips to out of the frier and I need to wait. This after I placed the order at 1 window, paid at another and when collecting there is no chips. So I wait 40 minutes just for the chips to get to me ice cold and lost its freshness in the morning already. You don't mind waiting if the food gets to you fresh like it was just prepared... Rude staff. Telling you that you cant place an add on, because she is to busy to take your order. Never coming here again.

I visited KFC on Commercial Road today and ordered a family treat. When I got home, I found the chicken to be watery and undercooked. I was really disappointed.
