great service here, although the place is always full. they also accept phone orders so they don't have to wait in the line. I just love the way they use a customer to make sure they are satisfied. I'll go back and recommend you go there. my children were also happy. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc Commercial Rd:
I think 1 star I way too much. I am told that they are waiting for chips to out of the frier and I need to wait. This after I placed the order at 1 window, paid at another and when collecting there is no chips. So I wait 40 minutes just for the chips to get to me ice cold and lost its freshness in the morning already. You don't mind waiting if the food gets to you fresh like it was just prepared... Got drive thru but have to wait 20min for food no one in shop and no car at drive thru what is use of drive thru?????? Received food mini loafs...
Rude staff. Telling you that you cant place an add on, because she is to busy to take your order. Never coming here again.
This is the worst KFC in PE Everytime I come here card machine not working Worst on the 16th of December 2022 waited for my order for almost 2hours and the staff appeared to be drunk slacking and singing as if no one else existed To management pls take note of this as you will lose customers due to your unprofessional staff
The restaurant is well placated and well accessible, no much experience with food, The impression from a distance is not so well Drive thru is always closed during the day without much explanation to the customer or notification). Drive thru Queues are always lone very long and this is attributed by staff efficiency.
The services sucks. I will never set my foot there again. I waited for twisters for almost an hour. For a moment I thought I was in a wrong place. People were singing loudly in the kitchen.The staff is very unprofessional.The place is absolute chaos
