This is a fantastic restaurant! I was served by a lovely young lady who was very attentive to my child's food allergies. She took the time to clean the grill and double-check various items to ensure they were safe for us. The portions of food were generous and reasonably priced. I really wanted to love this place given it seemed like a nice little family run business however I arrived about 5:45pm on a Sunday and waited 45 minutes for my takeaway for 1 which cost me $32. The battered fish was undercooked and so I wasn't able to eat it and the calamari and mussel were overcooked and dry. Was pretty nice. The popcorn chicken was to die for ! Thoroughly enjoyed the meal! Only problem was got told would be a 5-10 minute wait for order, however took nearly 30 minutes.
Food was cooked pretty quickly especiallyconsidering how busy it was . Staff were really lovely and the food was good but nit the best I've ever had. Prices were reasonable. The location was great as in the fact it is so close to the beach so you can take you dinner to picnic on the beach.
Had a fish burger this afternoon. Great flavours, delicious fish, generous portions and affordable. The only let down was the burger was on the soggy side, not sure if it was toasted or not

I'm not sure if it's always this busy but I'm sorry to say it wasn't worth the wait!
The good reviews are accurate! fast, fresh, tasty and good priced! great team of employees, fish, chips, potato scallop/kitchen super made. well recommended. we called and picked up. it was great
