Good food! They may even differentiate more from the traditional food, a bit half way... Either gastronomic or traditional, but in between they risk to have the wrong client and dissatisfy both... The salmon tataki was horrible. The sauce was rancid, it was really bad, very salty and acidic. The rice was tasteless. The salmon was more sashimi than tataki and without any prior prep, just mushy and bland. The scallops was supposed to be grilled but were raw.
