Wendy's - Port Clinton

Visited for lunch in Port Clinton. It was a later lunch time so the ride was super fast. The girl that took my order was super upbeat, repeated my order back, confirmed, told me my sum and sent me to pay. The boy who gave me my drink almost spilled him, caught him in autumn and was super embarrassing. He apologised and asked me if I would like a new one that I of course told Nope and he gave me a bunch of napkins. Thought it was super nice to offer from him. The food was hot and delicious. The Pommes were a little bit salty for me, but they could be overlooked. I sat in the car and watched the birds while I ate. Looks like a pretty popular place, many people come and go. Just inside and out.

It's been a long time since I had so good customer service. Everyone was so happy, friendly and helpful in the Drive-Thru tonight; they really made me smile.

The line moves quickly in the drive thru. At the moment the dining room is still closed from March 2022. Food is always hot and fresh.

Nothing new here, it's a Wendys. Everything was so expected. Service was prompt. They have you through the whole process and on the way with a full line in a respectable time.

I assume a manager, came out of the kitchen to check on how we were and how our food was. Ive never really seen that at wendys.
