Best cheesesteaks around, hands down! I've been a regular since finding them two years ago. Food is always consistent and the guys are friendly. Try the Bomb, you won't be disappointed! View all feedback.
What WENDY FERRARA doesn't like about The Philadelphian:
The prices on the online menu were inaccurate. I anticipated spending $43.82 for three subs, but the total came to $58.82—an unexpected $15 difference, which is quite costly. The food was mediocre; the bread was somewhat soft and soggy, and the meat had a peculiar texture, but it was still relatively decent overall. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning. Not too bad of a cheesecake of course I've got A little later and I guess they were getting ready to close you know like an hour ahead of time make you wait for your food outside because you can't use their tables Steak was pretty good They really need a better roll.
A fantastic authentic cheese steak from a small business who've been around for a very long time. Not cheap, but for the quality of ingredients (shipped in from Philly) and the taste... Well worth it!
One of the best cheesesteaks I've had in the state. Loaded with steak and toppings and that cheese oh that cheese brings it all together for a scrumptious 12 sandwich. We also had the 8 chicken Philly which was just as good for those who prefer. Sit down or take out. Prompt and friendly family service here. #stevensleavin
Probably my absolute favorite restaurant in Port Charlotte and the ONLY place I'll ever get a cheesesteak. With a decent size menu and quick service, this locally owned restaurant is an absolute gem. Staff is second to none, food is always 10/10 and the atmosphere is great. It's a common stop for date night when we don't want a fancy dinner, we can stop in to split a sandwich and chat with the staff when it's slower. All of my northerner friends say it's absolutely the most authentic cheesesteak they've had in Florida. I'll be back soon for a 12 inch with a side of fried pickles!
