Moe's Southwest Grill - Port Charlotte

I prefer their tofu and salsa over Chipotle's. There are plenty of vegan options available to customize a burrito or salad bowl.

I placed an online order last Wednesday, June 15th. Ten minutes after the estimated time, my order had not even been started and I was informed that they did not have half of the items I had ordered. When I asked if they usually call customers to inform them of such issues, the worker said they had forgotten. I requested a refund for my order, but was told I had to do it on the website and that there was no manager available to assist me. I emailed the company's customer care department, but received no response. I called the restaurant twice in an attempt to get a refund for my $50 order that I never received, but both times I was sent to voicemail and unable to leave a message. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Is the manager aware that they close an hour early? or will they not update their hours? How do you say? 10pm so why when I go around 9:15 clock, not even greeted, I have to go all the way to the counter, with 16 year old workers staring me with a flat face and then one we closed not even the doors or anything or anything or it was friendly. also no hours at the door! not to update the hours or simply to close early seems very unthinkable as I just drove all the way here to give them my hard earned money with these gas prices. !

This situation is absolutely terrible. it's always dirty. the müll is covered in food, floor and tables always dirty. always made of drinks and ice. salsa bar is disgusting. we are waiting for our food for too long, always to get out, people who work there are always slow and seem like they have no idea what they do. we waited once 45 minutes for a stack and a burrito. last time we ate there, my whole family ended their meal and I wait still on my stack that was sitting just behind the counter. tonight we ordered online, have a confirmation email, we go to pick it up and they are closed, but they had no problem taking our money. Try to contact the customer service, but there was no answer. absolutely done with this place.

I haven't been in moe's for some time and let me tell you that was a total disappointment. what should be grilled paprika and swirling in my burrito, was swirling petals and paprika strips that could have been slightly 6 inches long. do not even disturb you if you want to block your arterias. super stale, and saturated in fat that I almost my reflection in. I love moes earlier, but I won't come back. 0/5 stars
