Came through it says that they're open 24 hours and I was told that they could not serve me because they were cleaning their grills but they have a sign on the front of store saying 24 hours but we're not serving me today's date is 3/9/24 current time is 2:40 a. View all feedback.
Every time I go to this McDonald's my order gets messed up via drive thru other than that the staff are super nice

Safe to say, Lia kept to her word and the food was even more fresh and delicious. I would like to make note of Lia's kindness and her customer service skills. Definitely hang onto this employee, she is definitely a reason customers will be coming back.
They forgot that I was waiting outside for my food for 20 minutes before I had to go in there. Next thing you know, my food has gotten put on the side and everyone forgot about
My DoorDash included a medium fry. The fries were less than even a small fry. This is unacceptable. Spent $25 on my doordash meal and got only a burger that was slid sideways like everything was slammed into a box, thrown in the air and hit with a bat, and a half of a small fry. What is Mcdonalds doing for their customers when this is the quality of service we are receiving? Customers are what makes mcdonalds money as well as the employees. Without customers you have no jobs and no business. Treat customers right so they keep coming back. This is the last time I order from this mcdonalds.
I walked in noticed 5 tables with their numbers waiting on food, no biggie, tons cars in drive thru, BUT this establishment and every staff member managers included only did drive thru and delivery orders not one inside order was every done the 35 min i spent there!!! After 20 min not too busy... All wirkers ignored everyone in lobby, i finally said excuse me i need a refund please all 7 looked at me stared then ignored me, this happened 3 times i asked, even asked gor manager and 2 looked at me gave dirry looks n ignored me, i am a manager at a fast food establishment and this is not allowed nor does anyone wait 20+ min for food(if i waited 25 min before complaining wonder how long the 6 tables had been waiting? and we have 4 people on shifts and nobody waits that long its FAST food!! We got our food from olive garden in 15 min!!! This is the worst mcds in town and the staff is rude, young manager who did my refund was rude, gave dirty looks, rolled her eyes ect said they were busy i said u guys are ignoring people in ur lobby and have been the 30 min j was there, then she said they short staffed j said honey i work with 4ppl every shift and nobody waits that long ever!! 30-45 min for fast food mcds at that, someone needs to fix the management for allowing this and the staff clearly you guys need new staff completely or learn to teach better cuz thats the worst customer service ever!!! This owner should be ashamed completely!!!!! Only go to this mcds if you go through drive thru do not go inside u will be waiting while they tend to every car in drive thru first!!!!!
