Little Caesars Pizza - Port Charlotte

Waited in front for 10 mins for some to take my order, then waited 20 minutes for pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks to cook, then I watched as a cook talked to another employee about where they thought a good place to eat at around the area, while my food sat on the table uncut and unboxed getting cold. Then I checked to see if my marinara was in the box, and it wasn't as I asked specifically twice to make sure it was.

Crowded, slow, long lines. Mediocre pizza, at best. Desserts just plain awful. Never again.

I do not live in the area but I have been there a few times. Every time I have $100 bill and every time, it's a problem. They never have change. Meanwhile, by the time I park and walk in, 3 or 4 people have been and gone. I don't understand why they never have change when they're in a very busy area and I always see a bunch of people in there just on my visit. Very frustrating.

I was very polite upon coming in tonight. There was a line and I waited patiently and did not rush or make any comments. I was actually getting off a phone call so I was in no rush. However, once it was my turn I feel like I was treated poorly. Not much was said but I was talked to like I was stupid and no eye contact was even made. It was my first time going to Little Caesars, let alone the Port Charlotte location. I was simply picking up an order but did not know it was in the pizza portal but I was talked down to like I was stupid for not knowing. . . .I hope no one else gets treated that way.

Pizza I had delivered the other night was horrible . It was tasteless. The sauce , cheese and crust all just tasted bad . Even the pepperoni tasted odd ! Worst Pizza I have ever tasted .
