It's Just Wings - Port Charlotte

For simply advertising just wings. You really expect those wings to Be very very good wings. Not you're just run of the mill normal wings. So the wings are still good and everything. But not deserving of the title. It's just wings. Unfortunately, it's a very normal experience to wait at pickup and not have anybody come out, or have somebody come out 20 minutes later. While your order is sitting right on the rack. You shouldn't advertise that. Somebody will be out in 5 minutes if somebody's not going to be out in 5 minutes. And I had to mention this because this is a constant with you guys. For up to 3 years straight now. I would put 8 out of 10 times that I'm upwards of waiting 30 minutes for orders that should have been done when I was there to pick them up. Sometimes won't even be busy.

My husband and I ate here for a late lunch. We both did the lunch special ... pick 2. My husband had the chili and double cheeseburger. I had the Ceasar salad and 1/2 (almost a whole sandwich) chicken breast sandwich with cheese, avocado, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Both entrees came with fries. Such a delicious bargain! Service was great, too! We will be back.

I will never order from IT'S JUST WINGS again. The wings were very dry, not moist; too many curly fries; no ketchup. The only item that was good was the Diet Coke!

Went here for dinner and we were seated in the bar at a booth. We waited and waited and no service. Finally after 25 minutes, a waitress comes by and says she has two tables that were seated before us that she had to wait on. Not true! We had been there for over twenty minutes and the two tables had been seated way after us. It was noticeably dirty throughout the restaurant. This disrespect and extreme filth were the reasons we left.

The chicken was warm and juicy. The boneless wings were quite large as well. The sauces are flavorful with decent options. Everything comes with delicious crispy curly fries. The only problem is the wings aren't remotely crispy.
