The best place in Port Carling to get food. Staff is very kind. Service is very quick. The fried shrimp tacos are amazing! And if you have allergies to anything they definitely will make sure that it's taken care of. You definitely have to eat here if you come to Muskoka. View all feedback.
What Daniel McCallum doesn't like about Tulo's Taqueria Muskoka:
Just the worst.Where do we begin? Food is average (very small portion for the expensive price , drinks are SO small and not worth the $22 price, service was fine (waitress was good and presumably just doing ‘what she was told’ when we couldn’t split the bill. (She did make sure to educate us on finance though and how we could ‘pay in full and then e transfer the other party’ .This is definitely not authentic Mexican... View all feedback.

Went here yesterday for the first time and was not disapointed. All the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Yes it is pricier for tacos, but it's Muskoka, so not unexpected, and in my opinion worth the money! Don't leave without trying the guacamole, so good!
Drove up to Port Carling on Saturday. When we asked some family and friends what are the must do restaurants in Muskoka we heard Tulo's and Turtle Jacks over and over again. We tried Tulo's first for an early dinner on Saturday. It was packed despite it only being 5 pm. The stand out thing about this place was defiantly its location right on the water. The vibe is great. Tons of energy, great music, the restaurant itself is really cute. With that aside the service was reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly slow like really really slow. We both ordered beer, that took over 20 minutes to make its way to our table. The tacos, one by one they came out not all the food together like you would expect. At one point I got two of my tacos ordered one beef one fish one shrimp and a spicy chicken) My BF 4 as well one grilled fish, one cauliflower a shrimp and a veggie-he's pescatarian) They literally brought out one taco at a time. My BF waited over 20 minutes after I had finished all mine to get his final two. The tacos were eatable but defiantly not something to rave about nor would I recommend this place for food. My fish taco was cold and soggy. Sitting on the patio with a basket of chips, some gauc and some beer watching the boats go by, YES! At almost 10$ a pop for 1 taco, Absolutely not. Totally over rated for the food and service was horrible.
Good food but the portions are too small. Very expensive for what you
I was there this weekend! Our servers name was Preston and he told us about the secret menu big Mac taco item… It was truly amazing! We will return!
