I had the Crispy Shrimp and veggie spring rolls were excellent. Good portions. Staff are friendly and attentive. Great for groups. This place is beautiful no matter where you sit!

The view is lovely and the atmosphere un... read more I can't explain it , but you know you have come to a special place from the moment you walk into Crossroads restaurant. The view is lovely and the atmosphere unassuming and cottage comfortable. Service was attentive and leisurely and then there is the food.... Thé cocktails are exquisite the Cesar comes dressed with almost a full appetizer dressing it up. The menu stretches its boundaries from grass fed Beef to Georgian pickerel and east to PEI oysters. Every plate showed attention to detail and care to use only the finest ingredients. The perfect end to a day in Muskoka.

The entire menu looked amazin... read more We had an amazing lunch at this restaurant! We visited on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend just before noon (it opens at 11:30). The entire menu looked amazing, making it a tough choice, but we decided on the smoked trout salad ($17) with quail eggs, apple, potato, asparagus, and pickled onions, as well as the brisket sandwich on marble rye bread with maple mustard and a side salad. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic. By the time we left around 1pm, the place was packed! We would love to come back for dinner sometime, but I've heard that reservations are recommended. Definitely worth a visit - check it out if you're in the area!
