The Water's Edge Wine And Grill

Our first dinner in port carling and we were very satisfied. it was end of the season and they were short workers, as probably the seasonal waiter went back to school. However, we were always inclined to do so even if they were unable to take our order immediately. the clubhouse manager was able to get in, as we had a little talk with her and she took our order. our original waiter was very outrageous when he was able to free himself and take over our table. he helped us to make a picture with the water in the background, which was a little tricky, as was not the case with the outside. he had to get the shot in a round on the floor of the upper level. the food itself was also very good. I had the fish of the day, the pickerel and it was at the level I would expect for this price class. the docks also made for some good sunset pictures with the family and were a great little post-dinner walk.

The service was terrible too much spicy in chicken dish the steak should be rare and it was medium hard. asked for two glasses of wine with dinner and they came when dinner was about everything in all not worth the money

The evening meal and the drinks were delicious. beautifully made. lucy was a great server. we're coming back.

The place was beautiful. view is great. service was good. eating was very average, very overpriced. they have lost their touch on their quality and amount of food. we had the earth and the sea and were very disappointed. it had 1 lobster to share and 5 garnel and steak.

Great dining experience with great food and great ambiance.
