Service today was fast, friendly and the food hot and fresh. The last time we ate at KFC in Perth it was the exact opposite. Also good to see someone out cleaning tables the minute the became vacant today-once again the one in Perth left a lot to be desired. Must be up to management to keep up the standards. I wish all outlets were this good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about KFC:
Ordered the pumpkin and feta cheese also crispy strips. Found the crispy strips where quite small. The grill chicken in the wraps were extremely small. Every second person came in with bare feet. The restaurant itself was quite a mess. This has governed my rating View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 25 minutes and still hadn't been served, even though two other people were seated before me.
If you enjoy dining in a less than sanitary environment, then this disappointing fast food restaurant is the place for you!
Drive back from whyalla thinking through port augusta, my husband is addicted to KFC's evil wings had to stop and buy some more home ha not make it in the refrigerator home
We travel through Port Augusta several times a year and have stopped at this KFC on 3 different occasions. All 3 times the service, food and the restaurant have been horrible. They need to train and employ more staff as service was always slow and...the restaurant was always a mess. The food has never been as good as at other KFC places we have visited. we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt the first few times.... we won't be going back there again.
At the KFC in Port Augusta, you only receive the sauce you requested 1 out of 20 times. This is very disappointing as the nuggets and chips are not very appetizing without the sauce.
