Friendly staff, a nice cozy place to eat with family and friends . Delicious and affordable meals in good serving size too, Im sure everyone will enjoy their time. Also they have entertainment area where you can play and listen to cool music. Stay safe everyone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Western:
The staff was friendly and the venue was pleasant, but there were a few minor issues. We ordered at the table, but had to go to the bar to ask for drinks. All the schnitzels came with engravings on top, even though we requested them on the side. The parmigiana also arrived with pepper sauce on top. Overall, it was just okay. View all feedback.

Second time we've eaten here while passing through. Didn't have a great food experience the first time (meals dry and overcooked), but it's been a while so we thought we'd give them another go. Big mistake not much has changed. I can recommend the sweet potato fries, but the chicken juliennes were overcooked and dry (wish I'd thought to take photos to back this up), and the beef schnitzel was tough and stringy (confirmed by both the waiter and the chef after hubby made them aware). They half heartedly offered a refund for the schnitzel, which hubby declined before I could accept, but we certainly won't be giving them a third chance . P.S. I did email the hotel directly after the first meal with feedback, but got no response
Great food, excellent service. beautiful, large, clean, modern dining room and sporty. highly recommended if you visit port augusta!
