The Standpipe - Port Augusta West

Very impressive. Food is delicious and well presented. Don't be put off by the pricing of the menu as it is great value for money. Wait staff are friendly and very attentive. We really enjoyed it here. Our favourite dinner location in Port Augusta.

Very nice meal with friendly staff. Had a beef snitzel which was a Porterhouse steak, chips ( which were magnificent) and a salad. Could not complain at all. My partner had the choice of Indian food, again very nice.

Having arrived early to sample their menu we waited a very long time for our meals They ended up being very busy and when all the other guest were getting their meals we asked a waitress about our meals apparently our order had been forgotten They then made up time our meal was promptly served and staff apologised over all the food was very nice thankyou however more staff on busy nights would be betterI would encourage people to try the Indian menu

Nice room nothing fancy but clean. Bathroom clean bed was average staff were average a little bit noisy

We have travelled for two days & are staying at the Standpipe Motel. The Indian food at the restaurant was superb & the service excellent. The motel is very nice & clean & very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
