The view of the dune and the sea, the refinement of the dishes and the dressages make our eyes dark. Taste and smell are not in the rest, textures and temperatures create contrast, flavors balance to perfection, earth-sea weddings are excellent, perfect cooking enhances the products. Pre-dessert and dessert come like a final bouquet full of freshness, greed and delicacy, a treat! All this is served by a welcoming, impeccable and well-placed team. The precise and well-designed Mets-vin agreement confirms the identity of each dish. Thank you for this magical moment! PS: The only shade in the painting, the mustard colour of beams and furniture at the entrance that sting the eyes, it lacks consistency with the desired decoration purified, natural and poetic... What a shame!
