Accustomed to the place, we came for dinner and did not know that the owners had changed. It was a disappointment from start to finish. The dishes are tasteless, the sauces are none, the cooking leaves something to be desired and the desserts need to be reviewed, in short it will be the last time for us... We already knew and appreciated the Normandy and its previous owners. We have tried the restaurant since the change of owners and it is always a treat! In addition, the welcome is friendly which doesn’t spoil anything. For New Year's Eve we chose takeaway and it was beyond our expectations! Foie gras, salmon a marvel and the rest ditto! In addition, copious and enhanced with a bottle of Coteaux du Layon We do not advise, we recommend!!! Bravo and continue to amaze us!
