This subway needs more experienced staff and more staff in general. What’s the point of ordering on the app 30mins ago when you still have to wait another 20 minutes reaching the store. I’ve worked in subway myself and I know it gets busy but seriously 50 minutes to make a sub? “Skip the queue” as they say bullshit. This has happened more than twice now. Service: Take out
Ordered from Uber, our tuna wrap had all the right salads, only no tuna, got ham instead. Ordered salt and peper on one of my kids wraps, so naturally, we all must have wanted it. We didn't, but they gave it to us all anyway. My toasted steak melt 6 inch didn't get toasted. And last but certainly not least...... Where are my cookies. we didn't get them. Only 1 out of 4 wraps/6inch were correct with a missing item. That is not good odds. Need I say more. Service: Delivery
Wow shocking. This franchise really needs someone from higher up to come have a look... really poor on all levels like everything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
