For... read more Eight times out of ten, the staff here can be quite aggressive. They often forget items in your drive-thru order, even though you’re charged for everything. For example, if you order avocado toast with bacon, they might give you the toast but leave out the bacon and not provide a receipt. When you mention the missing item, they ask you to read the label on the food container, despite refusing to give you a receipt for a second time. They then take the food to the back to correct the mistake with little regard for customer service, showing no apology and a rather unfriendly attitude.

I was... read more The staff at Dunkin' were the worst I've encountered. The manager on duty at 6:30 am was rude, unprofessional, and seemed clueless about customer service. I was in the car with my child using the drive-thru when she told me to come inside the store to pick up my order, which was very impolite. Because of this, I decided to cancel my entire order. The Dunkin' menu might be good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Ordering... read more This place is disappointing. While some staff are friendly, I almost always wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru only to receive the wrong food or drinks. Ordering more than one item almost guarantees a mix-up. This morning, after receiving my drinks, I was told to park in front of the store and wait for my food. Fifteen minutes later, no food had arrived, so I approached the same employee who directed me to park, and she had no idea about my order, even though she had confirmed it earlier. It’s surprising this place is still open when McDonald's consistently delivers accurate orders in under five minutes.
