Sweet Spice - Pooler
Sweet Spice
Description
Nestled in the heart of the city, this Caribbean restaurant has garnered attention for its delicious offerings. Guests rave about the mouthwatering flavors of dishes like brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, and oxtails, complemented by standout sides such as fried dumplings and mac and cheese. Despite the culinary delights, many patrons voice frustration over excessively small portions that leave diners wanting more. Additionally, inconsistent hours and service delays contribute to a somewhat chaotic dining experience. Overall, while the food excels, potential visitors should arrive prepared for a possible letdown on portion sizes and wait times.

The food here is really good, but I'm confused about their hours. They often appear to be closed even though their website says they're open. It's frustrating!
The food I order was delicious! it wasn't much business at the day I was there. to bring the food it didn't take long after the food was order. a large amount of food for $9.99! appendix a restaurant inspect grade
Stopped by for lunch on the way to Florida. Service and food was good. We decided to go with the buffet. The bar had a good variety of their carribean specialties. My favorite was the curry chicken.
This is a great Caribbean spot to visit. They have a nice set up to including a bar and nice dinning area. The customer service is awesome and I was happy to experience the food not taking a long time to cook. I ordered the ox tails, cabbage, along with mac cheese and it was definitely all good!! I'll be a returning customer.
