A newer Starbucks location with many seats in the interior and exterior area, I liked the circularly comfortable leather seats. free wlan worked great. the rema... read more A newer Starbucks location with many seats in the interior and exterior area, I liked the circularly comfortable leather seats. free wlan worked great. the remaining rooms were immaculate, server were friendly and helpful and especially got our order right. the drinks were on the spot and the bananenbrot was delicious. at this place there is also a drive through the window.

Once I was w... read more I frequent this Starbucks and I can say that every time I've gone, the staff has always been super friendly and my order has always been delicious. Once I was with my friend who ordered a coffee with no whipped cream and a new worker had made the drink and accidentally added whipped cream. The woman training him (we think it was the owner) handed us the drink and said that they were completely remaking the drink and that this one was free since it was a mistake. We didn't even have the chance to correct the error before they made up for it! 10/10 experience every time, I highly recommend stopping by!

We may have gotten the name wrong but Patricia, who worked the drive thru, Tuesday around noon March 15, had superb customer service. She saw us filling our water bottle up and offered more water. I am sitting at the location as I type this and I ordered my food/drinks over 30 minutes ago. This isn't the first, second or third time. I remember why I left in the firstplace. I understand the employees are doing their best. I wish the company would listen to customer complaints. I wish theemployees well. The renovation is a little awkward. It's ~pretty~, but there's no room for those waiting for pickup.

So going inside and ordering i... read more The drive-thru is always long and takes forever. I should of known better and put an online order, but it was a last minute stop. So going inside and ordering is the easy part, but you will have to wait over 20 minutes when you order inside...which isclose to just sitting in the drive-thru line as well. Anyways, this location is always on the struggle bus. Thank goodness forthe newer location on the other side of Pooler parkway
