I opted for the flavorful broth with mushrooms and tofu. There’s also a sauce bar where you can mix in different flavors to enhance your broth. Be sure to ask the server which sauces are vegan. The broth was delicious on its own, but adding just the right amount of sauce really takes it to the next level!

I tried the sweet and tofu dish along with a spicy miso broth, which was absolutely incredible. They have two standard broths and three special broths available in vegan options. The special broths, including the spicy miso, cost about $4 extra. The portion sizes were generous enough that one order could easily serve two meals, but I was quite hungry. Overall, it was a great experience!

The server didn’t greet us or acknowledge our presence when she handed us our items. I hope the restaurant can improve on their customer service in the future.
