Feedback
I visited this restaurant a few days ago, and while the food was decent, I'm compelled to write this review primarily about the atmosphere. I could hear what seemed like the manager harshly criticizing her staff, which clearly distressed the employees and affected their morale. Discontented staff leads to poor service, and that ultimately results in dissatisfied customers. The tension in the air was palpable, creating an uncomfortable experience during my visit. I also noticed a pregnant woman working under significant stress, which made me worry about her health in such a negative environment. Ruby Tuesday, you need to do better. It’s crucial to take care of your employees because their well-being directly impacts your restaurant's success. Treat them the way you would want your customers to be treated. If the mistreatment of your staff becomes public, it could seriously hurt your reputation in this small town. Please make it a priority to improve the working conditions for your team.
My daughter wanted to try this place for her birthday dinner, so we decided to take her there. The prices for the food were very reasonable, although the portions were on the small side. I really enjoyed the bourbon-style wings. The deconstructed kebab was tasty as well, though it could have used a bit less salt. Unfortunately, my daughter found the fries to be excessively salty and couldn’t eat them. The drinks we had were fantastic. Our server was incredible—very courteous and friendly. She even surprised my daughter with a complimentary dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
