We come from Florida to Giorgia very frequently, my son likes to have breakfast at Panera here, the service was always good but the cold coffee was hot and the... read more We come from Florida to Giorgia very frequently, my son likes to have breakfast at Panera here, the service was always good but the cold coffee was hot and the hot coffee was cold and all the 3 breakfasts were cold. They did it again and the same thing. The main cashier doesn't even say good morning. In the kitchen they were more friendly, the bathrooms were dirty and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in days and remodeled many more years ago.

They also forgot utensils. The restaurant wasn’t even busy.
