This Jersey Mikes has been the slowest one I have gone too I have placed Togo orders multiple times and have arrived when it’s expected to be ready and made but I have to wait 30 extra minutes each time I have experienced
I left the store because I noticed the employee touching everything with his gloves. He went to the back, grabbed chips, and then touched the register, the bags, and the counter—all while wearing the same pair of gloves. They had a powdery tint to them, and by the time I saw him, the gloves were clear.
I felt rushed throughout the entire ordering process. The shift lead on duty interrupted the other team member while he was taking my order. They didn't ask if I needed a bag or anything; they just slid my items across the counter to me.
After reading previous reviews, it seems training may have taken place. My experience today was wonderful! Service was excellent polite. My husband and I both ordered the #17 and they were perfect. The ladies working today, Dec 4 at 2pm, were all great and did an excellent job! Management please recognize this team!
