Outstanding and friendly service. The place was clean, bathrooms clean, dining area clean. The whole process from ordering to food being ready was quick and easy and of course the food was fresh and I might say quite yummy
I haven't stayed in any Firehouse accommodations for long, but dining at this place is always a pleasure, with great food and service. Thank you!
Mostly pretty good, but recently was closed early and the staff is rude not to welcome guests when they come or order in a contemporary fashion. Tables around us were unwiped while we ate.
I spent a lot of money and was very disappointed. When my husband ordered, he was asked for his sandwich size and given options. However, when it was my turn, she didn’t say anything and just made the small sandwich. When I called to address the issue, they lied and claimed they had asked me too. I will NOT be returning to the one in Pooler.
The restaurant has generally been quite good, but lately, they've been closing earlier than usual. The staff has also been rude; they don't seem welcoming when guests arrive and take a long time to take orders. Additionally, the tables around us weren't cleaned while we were eating.
