We were passing through after a long trip back to Virginia from Florida after my grandmother?s passing. There was the kindest, cutest blonde clerk working. I didn?t catch her name, but she really made my day. She helped me look for some things and recommended some also. She optimizes customer service and human kindness. Thank you!!! View all feedback.
What Aleah Bell doesn't like about Enmarket:
Lady works early morning shift seems a little racist or should I just say picky to me. We drop by on our way taking my husband and co-workers to work in Pooler around 6:45am. Her attitude and looks say enuff but when she told a guy riding w us he couldn't buy a beer until 9am on a Friday morning. I had to investigate. Lies. Also carded my husband who is 50 years old after letting his coworker buy ciggs w no I'd check... View all feedback.
We stopped by this restaurant while making our way back to Virginia from Florida after my grandmother's passing. The sweetest blonde clerk was working, and although I didn't catch her name, she truly brightened my day. She assisted me in finding a few items and made some thoughtful recommendations as well. Her exceptional customer service and kindness really stood out. Thank you so much!
It's conveniently located at the back entrance to the neighborhoods, and I usually get through the line quickly.
Additionally, she carded my husband, who is 50 years old, but allowed his 21-year-old coworker, who is white, to buy cigarettes without checking his ID. This inconsistency made me question her behavior. Given this experience, I don’t think we will be visiting this location again. On a positive note, I have to commend the bathrooms; they were clean and comfortable!
I've been coming to Enmark for five years, and most of you know my husband and me by name. For those who don't, we've been using the same system of putting our check on a cash card every two weeks for all this time. I want to clarify that you do NOT need an ID from the owner of the check! Possession is nine-tenths of the law, so as the possessor, I am effectively the owner. Yet, you still won't accept my ID. Why is that? It seems like it might be because some of you don't quite know how to operate the check machine. I get it – not everyone is trained on everything, but please just be kind to your customers. I even saw one lady let my husband go behind the counter to handle the check machine because she didn’t know how to use it. It’s okay if you don't know how to do things, but please don’t insist on requirements that aren’t necessary. Thanks!
The service was alright, but I paid $10 and thought my tank was full when I drove off. I was in town when I realized it was actually empty. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one is answering. I just wanted to inform them about this, so please give me a call.
