Dunkin' - Pooler

I had asked for a frozen coffee with coconut milk, but they told me they couldn't accommodate that due to an allergy issue. I didn't understand why other coffee shops could do it, but I didn't press the issue. This time, I ended up paying $10 for a tasteless cup of coffee. If they're charging extra for flavors like coconut milk and whipped cream, they should make sure the coffee tastes good. Plus, because they had a flat lid, there was hardly any whipped cream since they ran out of the dome lids. When I asked about my receipt, they told me the printer wasn’t working, which felt quite unprofessional. I felt dismissed, almost like a child being shooed away. Was it too much to ask for some sweetener? I left feeling entirely unvalued. I won't be returning to this place again.

The iced latte and hot coffee were delicious, but I wasn't impressed with the speck, egg, and cheese sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted at all, and the ice in the drink was overwhelming. The speck was decent, though. The service was quick and friendly. I would recommend this place for coffee, but be aware that the breakfast sandwiches can be hit or miss.

Donuts were stabbed and dining room closed at 17 o'clock. in view of pooler is a hub for tired traveling, you would hope that they are out of their car and enjoy some coffee and fresh donuts!

I was lucky on a Wednesday morning and caught the lobby open. Went on a Thursday morning and the Lobby was closed. So, good luck on that. Terrible customer service. Terrible tasting coffee. Nothing like I remember Dunkin coffee. It’s a shame.

I go often, because their drive thru is faster than most...but food is often cold and their not that friendly
