The patties on both burgers we ordered were small and unappetizing. Additionally, they increased the price of the tray by two dollars while drastically cutting the portion size.

I requested ketchup on my hot dogs, but they were served plain, and there was a burnt piece of chicken touching my bun. On top of that, my large tea was served hot without any ice. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's one of the few places open late besides Whataburger.

Prices have gone up while portion sizes have shrunk, orders are often incorrect, and customer wait times are ignored. After months away, I decided to try it again today and quickly remembered why I stopped coming. Despite having two drive-thru lanes, they take multiple orders from one lane before attending to the other. If they can't staff both lanes properly, they should close one instead of letting long lines form. After waiting 45 minutes, my lunch break was almost over and I still hadn’t placed an order. Even at the speaker, I frequently waited 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Once you're in line, there's no option to leave. Today I waited nearly an hour with just three cars ahead for a burger served with three soft, spongy nuggets that tasted microwaved and far from their original flavor, plus three tiny cheese bites. They didn’t even have Coke but continued serving anyway. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.

If you haven’t tried it yet, you really should get a Cook Out Tray! My personal favorites are the barbecue sandwich, quesadillas, and their onion rings.
