We stopped at this restaurant for dinner during our road trip and had a fantastic experience. Dwayne, our server, was excellent. He patiently answered our questions and helped us with our indecision. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Thank you!
I recently visited Arby's for lunch and had a Jamocha shake, sandwich, fries, and poppers. It had been a while since my last visit, but this time was truly exceptional. The Jamocha shake made by Zendaria was the best I've ever had at Arby's - it was delicious and made with care. Both Zendaria and the manager provided excellent service with a smile. This was by far my best experience at any Arby's location. I was impressed by how quickly my order was ready after I placed it - it was a fantastic overall experience with great customer service.
Thank you and congratulations to the team at 1:30 PM on Friday. It was a hot, busy day with a lot of customers who were not speaking clearly. You all remained calm, efficient, and patient. Special recognition to the manager for keeping her team composed and on track!
While all other restaurants have opened their dining areas, you will not be closed! not sure that the problem, but the lunch time is limited and the long waiting time in the car makes it easier to go elsewhere!
I <3 the chicken sandwhich. plus the lady at the window is also so sweet. i see her all the time. lovely place
