very surprised to see negative reviews here, we have always found master chef to be excellent. really good quality freshly tasting eating and always ready at once, although I tend to gather instead of waiting for a delivery. I had a problem with the online ordering system before, but it seems pretty slick now. understandably popular, they get their order in early, recommended. View all feedback.

Good food, but always late. they say minutes, but usually delivery hours. order them well in advance, but don't be shocked when it's late and they call them to pursue their order

We ordered on a Saturday night. the order was for me, my pregnant fiancée and my year old daughter. we expected that eating a few hours will take to get to know how the girl on the phone mentioned what was absolutely good., it was Saturday night ever, and we expected it was busy. Come on. the food had not yet appeared. I called Masterchef and they told me it was a few minutes. I left it half an hour and guess what. at this point I had a engaged with gestational diabetes, which drastically sinks blood sugar and was at the ranch of going into a hypoglycemic condition (low blood sugar). we had to give her a snack to regulate her blood sugar, which was disappointing, since she was not really in the mood for the Chinese food. Now, I decided to give it a few minutes, but unfortunately, still no eating. So I have master cooked and asked for a refund, or, some form of compensation, to wait for the almost four hours to eat. I was told no. they were not willing to offer a refund, and they were not willing to compensate in some rice or a bag of garnel. so time is still not eating. at this point we have a year old, who will literally fall asleep without having dinner and my fiancée who has already eaten something else because her blood sugar was dangerously low. I stopped waiting. just like I'm gonna cook a meal for me and my daughter, it's gonna be eating finally. about four hours waiting for the food. I wanted to deny it, but since I saw how I had already paid it and master boss clearly didn't want to refund it or compensate for some way, I still took it with me. to a cherry on the top that was eating was bland, huh drastically underboiled, and one of the dishes was missing. I thought. then I remembered the terrible attitude of the girl on the phone and the chef behind her who told her not to compensate us for waiting for our eating. they probably wouldn't have given a dead end. I know you probably read this and think: "there are two sides to every story, he's probably exaggerated" I'm honestly not. I am a patient and do not give out star reviews unless an injustice has occurred or I have experienced a really terrible experience. the posture of the owners is terrible, they make them wait hours for their order, the eating is underoccupied and disgusting, and to complete it they really don't care if they have them at the end of their eating for them when they promised them something else. I would rather master boss honestly to me and told me that it would be a much longer waiting time than hours instead of dressing it and still taking my order. Unfortunately, they probably get a lot of use from the university students to keep them in business, so customer service and loyalty to regular customers is not at the top of their heads. to put it blunt, do not order from this device. do not just take my word for it. view their Facebook page and they will see similar reviews and experiences.

1. Mal i order n recommended everyone to do this. You won't regret it. Eating was delicious n will be much better if turmeric was less roasted in Singapore rice, but still review I give 9.5 out of 10.

We experienced a mix-up with our order at the restaurant, but the Master Cook quickly rectified the mistake by providing us with the correct dish. He also gave us an extra meal to enjoy, which turned out to be delicious.
