What Siegbert Stahl doesn't like about Stüva:
we went during a weekday evening. They were understaffed even though the restaurant was full. The best part of the meal was the amuse bouche. The tables are so close that we were put in an alcove with another couple who were talking loudly.The food was not tasty and poorly balanced flavours. There is really nothing to complain about, from the arrival to pay everything perfect! and eating: a true dream.
This was the second time we went to La Stuva as a family (two teenage sons and a grown up daughter) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, which considering the price range and location was what we expected. However, what really made this restaurant stand out, was the atmosphere. In our experience, Swiss restaurants are usually either elegant OR cozy, but La Stuva managed to be both. And to top it off, our waiter was extremely friendly.We will definitely come back!
