It seems they think that if they ignore you for long enough, you’ll eventually leave—and they’re right!

I ordered spicy nuggets but received regular ones instead. The nuggets appeared to be old, and when we requested a replacement, the staff member was quite rude.

The staff is very kind to my mom and her friends, and I truly appreciate that.
