What User doesn't like about Hwy 15 Grill:
The food is always great but staff needs to be trained way better on inbound calls. I always try and order “to-go”. I always get placed on hold for them to never pick the phone up again. I even try to place an online order and it never goes through. Some of the best food in Ecru but sub-par customer service. If this is fixed I will come back. I visited this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The meal was reasonably priced, with an average cost of $10 to $20 per person. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was exceptional, definitely a 5-star experience, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was pleasant as well, rated at 4 out of 5. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience that I would highly recommend.
I ordered a steak meal but had to send the steak back. The customer service was excellent, though the prices were a bit high—two buffets cost $50. The buffet itself was decent with a good selection.

We had lunch there we both got a hamburger it was great.
