Unfortunately, the service was s... read more It has been nearly two years since I last wasted my money on subpar food, but I decided to give this new place a try yesterday. Unfortunately, the service was slow and the burger I ordered was dry and cold, topped with a frozen tomato. I prefer not to have a burger with ice cubes. Additionally, the cost did not match the prices listed on the menu. This experience was a one-time visit for me.

However, the meal itself was enjoyable.

I was in Jack's in Pontotoc, Ms around 12:45 Tuesday. They were not busy. We ate in and waited 10 minutes on our food. The cashier was talking to off duty emplo... read more I was in Jack's in Pontotoc, Ms around 12:45 Tuesday. They were not busy. We ate in and waited 10 minutes on our food. The cashier was talking to off duty employees. After 10 minutes another lady finally fixed our order that was already in the window. We just ordered chicken meal. I went to get a refill of tea and a different cashier was there name Leslie I believe what she told me. I watched her as I finished my meal. She was working her butt off. The order was not correct the first time but they corrected that with no problem. The food was good.
