The tomato bruschetta offered at the start of the order was appreciated, but what about the food? It's worth mentioning that the fettuccine is homemade, and then you serve it to me with sliced porcini mushroom stems in a soupy sauce (where's the boletus cap? . The Roman-style tripe was overcooked (too soft and always in a broth. Otherwise, it was good but nothing exceptional, probably due to the low prices, and people are satisfied and think they've eaten amazing dishes.
