I deducted a star beca... read more I should actually give it 5 stars because the quality of the food and the service and attentiveness of the staff were really outstanding. I deducted a star because we lacked an explanation of the philosophy: We were there for the first time and early in the evening and couldn't look anywhere, so we were amazed when we received an empty plate and then a rechaud with a large plate of risotto to ladle a must . This is part of the menu theoretically for one person and is easily enough for 2 if not 3 people. If you only had the card you would be a bit lost, because then you would perhaps order 2 menus. Although you could actually order 1 menu for 2 people plus another portion of meat or similar separately. The salad for the starter also comes in a bowl and is also enough for 2-3 people. Caspacio was super tasty and to my delight I received a fourth piece of lamb fillet. Because the meat is distributed separately for all guests at the same time on a large platter on the terrace at the tables and then they just have it as long as it lasts. Each guest is entitled to at least 3 pieces, and if someone only wants 2, the rest will be distributed. An actually very exciting concept with a certain show effect. Oh what the heck, I still give it 5 stars Bravo!

The Uva Americana sorbet was also to die for.
